Cable structure

  • Bare copper wire stranded according to DIN VDE 0295, HD 383 and IEC 60228 cl. 5
  • PVC core insulation
  • PVC self-extinguishing and flame retardant, according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

  • Single core cables with PVC insulation according to EN 50525-2-31 and IEC 60227-3
  • Temperature range flexing from -5°C to +70°C; fixed from -30°C to +80°C
  • Nominal voltage Uo/U 300/500 V resp. 450/750 V
  • Test voltage a.c. 50 Hz 2000 V resp. 2500 V
  • Insulation resistance min. 10 MΩ x km
  • Minimum bending radius approx. 12,5 - 15 x cable diameter
  • Radiation resistance up to 80 x 106 cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad)

Application

These insulated cables are designed for laying in tubes under the plaster surface as well as in closed installation conduits. These cables are not suitable for direct installation in cable trays, channels or tanks. This type of cable is ideal for inner wiring in appliances and switch boards.

Note:

  • CE = the product is conformed with the EC Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
  • * Two color combination is allowed for (H)07V-K, (H)05V-K only.
  • Conforms to RoHS.
