Highly flexible single core cable for drag chains with TPE outer sheath
Cable structure
- Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 cl. 6
- Special core insulation of TPE
- Special TPE outer sheath, color black
- Self extinguishing TPE to IEC 60332-1, FT1
- Oil resistant to DIN EN 60811-404
Technical data
- Single core, halogen-free cable from special TPE for drag chains
- Temperature range: flexing from -40 °C to +90 °C; fixed from -50 °C to +90 °C
- Nominal voltage Uo/U 0,6/1 kV
- Test voltage 4000 V
- Minimum bending radius: flexing approx. 7,5 x cable diameter, fixed approx. 4 x cable diameter

Application
SINGLE CORE TPE-FLEX is special single core cable with very good and long-term flexibility and mechanical resistance for the highest requirements. Due to its good mechanical characteristics and resistance to mineral oils the cable is ideal for use in machinery, robotics, crane and conveyor technique. This cable is suitable for drag chain applications. Resistance to UV radiation, ozone and moisture makes this cable suitable for outside use.
