Cable structure

• Stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5
• Core construction: for 0,34 mm² = 7 x 0,25 mm
• Core insulation of special PVC
• Color coded cores according to DIN 47100, without repeated color numbering
• Cores stranded in layers with optimal lay length
• Outer jacket of special PVC, color grey, extensively oil resistant
• PVC self-extinguishing and flame retardant, PVC self-extinguishing and flame resistant, according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

• Nominal voltage 0,14 mm² = 350 V, ≥ 0,25 mm² = 500 V

• Insulation resistance min. 20 MΩ x km
• Capacitance (approx. value) at 800 Hz, 120 pF/m for 0,14 mm², 150 pF/m ≥ 0,25 mm²

Application

These data control PVC cables are used for flexible connection with free movement but without tensile stress or forced movements in dry wet and moist areas but are not suitable for open air application. LiYY cables are ideal whenever construction requirements call for minimal outer diameter such as areas of tool making, machine industry, electrotechnics, computer, measuring and controlling technics.
