Cable structure

• Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295, IEC 60228 cl. 6
• Core insulation PVC
• Black cores with repeated white numbering according to DIN VDE 0293, green-yellow earth core in the outer layer, from 3 cores above
• Cores stranded in layers with optimal lay-length, core wrapping fleece
• Special polyurethane outer jacket color grey, slip resistant outer insulation
• Different core colors available on request
• Self-extinguishing PUR, according to DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2
• Oil-resistant to DIN EN 60811-404

Application

PUR-JZ-HF is extremely robust cable used mostly for its good tear and abrasion resistance. Due to its good resistance against mineral oils and coolants the cable is ideal for use in machinery, tool making and heavy industry in critical areas. The cable is easy and fast to install due to its high abrasion resistance and good flexing characteristics. The cable is ideal for drag chains due to its small bending radius. The cable is also resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis, microbes and is therefore suitable for open air use.
