Highly flexible single core cable for drag chains with PUR outer sheath
Cable structure
- Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 cl. 6
- Special core insulation of TPE or (PP)
- Special PUR outer sheath, color black
- Self extinguishing PUR to IEC 60332-1
- Halogen-free to DIN EN 50267/IEC 60754
Technical data
- Single core, halogen-free cable from special polyurethan for drag chains
- Temperature range: flexing from -40 °C (-30°C) to +80 °C; fixed from -50 °C (-40° C) to +80 °C
- Nominal voltage Uo/U 0,6/1 kV
- Test voltage 4000 V
- Minimum bending radius: flexing approx. 7,5 x cable diameter, fixed approx. 4 x cable diameter

Application
SINGLE CORE PUR-FLEX is special single core cable with very good flexibility and resistance to abrasion. Due to its good mechanical characteristics and resistance to mineral oils the cable is ideal for use in machinery, robotics or steel industry. This cable is suitable for drag chain applications. Resistance to UV radiation, ozone and moisture makes this cable suitable for outside use.

- CE = the product is conformed with the EC Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
- *Outer sheath color is always black. When indicating green/yellow color is, it means color of the core.
- Conforms to RoHS. Silicone-free
