Highly flexible single core cable for drag chains with PVC outer sheath
Cable structure
- Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 cl. 6
- Core insulation of PVC, color black or green/yellow
- Outer sheath of special PVC color black
- Self-extinguishing PVC acc. to IEC 60332-1-2
- Resistant to oil acc to. EN 60811-404 (only mineral oil)

- Temperature range: fixed from -40 °C to +90 °C; flexing from -5 °C to +90 °C
- Nominal voltage Uo/U 0,6/1 kV
- Test voltage 4000 V
- Insulation resistance: at 20 °C min. 20 MΩ x km
- Minimum bending radius: flexing approx. 10 x cable diameter, fixed approx. 5 x cable diameter

Application
SINGLE CORE PVC-FLEX is single core cable for use in drag chains, portal robots, conveyor systems, machinery, for manufacturing and measuring systems in conditions of normal electrical and mechanical use. The cable is suitable for dry, most and wet areas as well as for outside use. Due to its low bending radius and low space requirements these single core cables can substitute multi core cables.
