Cable structure
- Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295, IEC 60228 cl. 6
- Core insulation based on TPE
- Color coded cores according to DIN 47100 for cross-section up to 0,5mm2, from 0,75mm2 black cores with repeated white numbering acc. to DIN VDE 0293, Green-yellow earth core in the outer layer
- Up to 11 cores stranded in layers and from 12 cores stranded in bundles around tensile strength center with optimal lay length
- Inner jacket on base TPE
- Tinned copper braided screening, approx. 85% coverage
- Special TPE outer jacket, color black
- Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2
- Resistant to oil according to DIN EN 60811-404 4 h at + 100°C

- High flexible halogen-free cable for highest requirements in drag chain applications
- Temperature range: flexing from -30°C to +100°C (UL 90°C); fixed from -40°C to +100°C (UL 90°C)
- Nominal voltage 1000 V
- Test voltage 3000 V
- Minimum bending radius: fixed approx. 3 x cable diameter, flexing approx. 5 x cable diameter

Application
This cable is for highest requirements in drag chain applications, for for machining centers, machine and plant engineering in the field of crane and conveyor facilities. Applicable in dry and humid rooms also outdoor.
