• Stranded bare copper core according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 cl. 5
• Core insulation of special PVC
• Cores stranded in layers, black cores with repeated white numbering according to DIN VDE 0293
• Green-yellow earth core in the outer layer, from 3 cores and more
• Inner sheath of special PVC
• Screening of tinned copper wires, approx. coverage 85%
• Outer sheath of special PVC according to EN 50363-4-1, color grey
• PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

Application

These cables are used for flexible application for medium mechanical stress with free movement, but without tensile stress or forced movements in dry, moist and wet areas. These cables are not suitable for open air use. They are designed for application in measuring, controling, cutting tools and assembly lines. These cables were tested according to DIN VDE 0207 and 0473 and were approved to be fully resistant to oils and are not effected by chemical influences. Cables for moist and wet areas, particularly used for machines in breweries, bottling plants as well as car washing stations.

Note:

• *EMC = Electromagnetic compatibility - recommended type.
• To optimise EMC features we recommend large round contacts of the copper braiding on both ends.
• CE = the product is conformed with the EC Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
• OZ = version without green-yellow earth core.
• High mechanical stress on the cable is not allowed.
• Conforms to RoHS.
