  • Stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295, 0245, IEC 60228 cl. 5
  • Core insulation of special PVC

  • Cores twisted to pairs with optimal lay-lenght

  • Twisted pairs wrapped with plastic foil
  • Tinned copper braided screening, approx 85% coverage
  • Special grey PVC outer sheath
  • Extensively oil resistant
  • PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

Application

These data control twisted cables are used for flexible use with free movement, but without tensile stress or forced movements in dry, wet and moist areas but are not suitable for open air application. These cables are ideal for areas with signal interferences. The high density of the braiding reduces substantially the effects of electrical disturbances from parallel running wiring etc. The copper screening can also be used as "earth". Twisted pairs conform favourable cross-talk attenuation values.

Note:

  • *EMC = Electromagnetic compatibility - recommended type
  • To optimise EMC features we recommend large round contacts of the copper braiding on both ends.
  • CE = the product is conformed with the EC Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
  • Different sheath colors also available.
  • Comforms to RoHS.
