Cable structure

• Fine stranded bare copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295, IEC 60228 cl. 6
• Core insulation of special TPE
• Black cores with repeated white numbering according to DIN VDE 0293
• Green-yellow earth core in the outer layer, from 3 cores and more
• Cores stranded in layers with optimal lay-lenght
• Core wrapping with fleece
• Halogen-free inner sheath
• Screening of tinned copper wires, approx. coverage 85%
• Wrapping with fleece
• Special polyurethane outer sheath color grey, slip resistant outer insulation
• Flame retardant PUR, test method B, according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2
• Resistant to oil according to DIN EN 60811-404

Application

PUR-FLEX-C is special cable with high permanent flexibility and resistance to abrasion. Due to its very good mechanical characteristics and resistance to mineral oils is this cable suitable for use in machinery, robotics, steel works and all critical areas. This cable is ideal for drag chains as well as for open air installation due to its resistance to UV-radiation, ozone and moisture. This cable is resistant to microbes but is not suitable for direct burrial.
