Cable structure

• Fine stranded copper core according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 class 5 resp. 6
• Core insulation of supply cores PVC, control cores PE
• Color code:
  • supply cores: black with white numerals 1, 2, 3 and green/yellow
  • control cores (in pairs) 0,34 mm²: brown, white and green, yellow
    up to 0,75 mm²: black with white numerals 5, 6 and 7, 8
• Control cores are shielded in pairs of tinned copper braided screening
• Overall shield tinned copper braided screening, approx 85% coverage
• Outer sheath PVC, grey color
• Cable with control cores is stranded according to class 5
• Cable without control cores is stranded according to class 6 and is suitable for use in drag chains
• Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE 0482 part 265-2-1/EN 50265-2-1/IEC 60332-1

Application

Shielded power cable and shielded power cable with control cores for servomotors. Control cores are use for temperature sensors or brake for normal mechanical and electrical requirements for flexible and fixed laying. Cable is resistant to oil, coolant fluids and lubricants.
