Cable structure
- Stranded bare or tinned copper conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 cl. 5
- Inner sheath EPR of natural color
- Outer sheath polychloropren, resistant to oils and abrasion, color black
- Self-extingushing and flame resistant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2

- Special rubber insulated single-core cables according to DIN VDE 0250 part 602
- Temperature range flexing from -25°C to +80°C, fixed from -40°C to +80°C
- Max. permissible operating temperature at conductor +90°C
- Nominal voltage Uo/U 1,8/3 kV
- Operating voltage for one and three-phase a.c. Uo/U 2,16/3,6 kV, for d.c. Uo/U 3,2/5,4 kV
- Test voltage a.c. 6000 V
- Minimum bending radius approx. 5 x cable diameter
Application
These special rubber cables are used for installations in dry environments such as switching boards, rail vehicles, troley buses etc. They are also used as short circuit cables.
