High flexible cable for requirements in drag chain applications, EMC*
Construction
- Fine stranded copper core according to DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 class 6
- Core insulation PETP
- Color code see table below
- Cores and pairs stranded in layers with optimal lay-lenght and wrapped with soft textile tape
- Tinned copper braided screening, approx 85% coverage
- Spiral shield of tinned copper wires (only version with separately shielded cores)
- Wrapped with soft textile tape
- Special PUR outer sheath, green color
- Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2
- According to standard DESINA
Technical data
- Data screened cable suitable for drag chains
- Temperature range: flexing from -30 °C to +80 °C; fixed from -50°C to +80°C
- Nominal voltage:
- 250 V for 0,14 mm2
- 500 V for 0,5–1,0 mm2
- Test voltage a.c.:
- 1500 V for 0,14 mm2
- 2000 V for 0,5–1,0 mm2
- Insulation resistance ≥ 20 MΩ/km at 20 °C
- Minimum bending radius:
- flexing approx. 12 x cable diameter
- fixed approx. 6 x cable diameter
Application
These cables are suitable for transmission of signals from rotaryresolver for measurement and control of speed and direction of rotation. These cables are used in NC machines automatic warehouses, conveyor-belts, moving drive systems and for robotic technology.
